A 21-years-old male patient presented at ENT department with history of gun-shot trauma    to left side of the face.

                  on local examination the inlet of the bullet was at the area of the left parotid gland, and the outlet was non-detectable. There 

                                   wasassociateshematoma of left parotid gland

                               The ipsilateral facial nerve was intact. CT scan is shown below.

                              Answer:The bullet is impacted in the soft palate at the base of uvula.
