A 3 years old girl presented to our department with chronic nasal obstruction and snoring. No nasal discharge or other nasal symptoms.  Axial CT scan of the nose and paransal sinuses was as follows.

Answer: Thalassemia

u mean thalassemia cause sinus expansion that leads to obstruction ?? or what do mean? & how u can reach this diagnosis prof. Ahmed .. was by routine cbc ?? or via CT >? ttanx sir
