On behalf of the Organizing Committee, I warmly welcome you to the ISIAN-IRS-PARS 2013 Conference to be held on November 5-9, 2013, Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt. This is the first time for the ISIAN and IRS Conferences to be held in the Middle East, Africa, Arab countries and/or Egypt.

The ISIAN-IRS-PARS 2013 shall discuss all issues in the field of Rhinology, particularly the hot and controversial topics. These subjects shall be covered by a distinguished leading Faculty from all over the world.
